We are very grateful to all members of the Treal Care UK team who looked after our father very well. They showed kindness and compassion to him and the family. They were courteous and efficient. We will always be grateful for the care they gave him which allowed him to stay in his own home until he died peacefully and with dignity last week.
We are so thankful for this service
We have had care since October and are so thankful for this service. My husband was not expected to live more than 2/3 weeks but he’s such a strong fighter and determined not to let his cancer get him.
We are extremely grateful for the care
We have been extremely grateful for the care and consideration that the care team are giving my Dad. They have all been respectful, and helpful. It’s a relief to know that he is getting looked after so well during his end of life. When they are seeing dad they speak softly to him and gently when handling him. Always telling him what is happening, regardless of whether he is aware or not. One of the care team always has the foresight to make sure that as a family we are ok too. He is very attentive and shares our concerns when they arise.

I just had to write to thank you all for the excellent care and attention all your fabulous carers have given to Mummy to date. Each team has shown her the greatest respect and treated her like an Angel, even singing Happy Birthday to her and she is thriving under their care.
Mummy, my Brother and I would have no hesitation in recommending your Agency on to others.
