We at Treal care are out to provide the Highest quality standard of care and support to all our clients, we believe in effective and quality service always so that our services can meet all the fundamental standards thus providing a service that is Safe, caring, Effective, well Led and responsive.
Our services are monitored closely and regularly by the quality assurance team to ensure feedback and proper action plans are put in place to encourage improvement whatsoever.
Treal Care welcome feedback and are open and transparent to feedback, irrespective whether is complaint. Compliment or concerns
It is our responsibility to identify and recruit those individuals we feel are genuinely caring and best suited to your care needs.
Candidates are interviewed face-to-face and must undergo our mandatory Training Programme which covers all aspects of their role.
Work With Us
All candidates are required to provide the following before commencing employment with us:
- Enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB)(DBS) checks
- A full health declaration
- Full working history, along with detailed reference checks
- Annual reviews with relevant registration bodies to ensure fitness to practice
All our Carers will continue to receive ongoing training throughout their course of employment with us.
Your Personal Carer will have the support of a Senior Carer or Care Manager 24 hours every day, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
Treal Care is registered with the Care Quality Commission which sets the minimum standards by which we operate. We carry Public Liability Insurance and Employers Liability Insurance for services we deliver.
